Our Complaints Procedure

At MCR Solicitors, we strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you so we can resolve the issue.

How to Make a Complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us in one of the following ways:

What Happens Next

  1. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days
  2. We will investigate your complaint thoroughly
  3. We will provide a detailed written response within 8 weeks
  4. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the Legal Ombudsman

The Legal Ombudsman

If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within 8 weeks, you may contact the Legal Ombudsman:

Complaints must normally be made to the Legal Ombudsman within 6 months of our final response and within 6 years of the act or omission.
